Lilo Loves Disney リロはディズニーが大好きだ

Hello everyone! Did you know that Lilo loves Disney just as much as we do? It makes sense really. Disney stories are interesting, fun, romantic, and bring people together. As such, I would like to let you all know about a new regular feature post that will be happening soon, "Lilo Loves Disney: Lilo's Five Reasons to Love..."

Each of these posts will be about a different Disney movie (or maybe something else Disney related too), and will list five reasons to love that particular movie. Maybe Lilo's reasons for loving these movies will be similar to yours! In which case, let her know! She would love to hear from you!

A New Place to Buy Disney Pop Vinyls 新しいところでディズニーポップビニールを買います。

Yesterday Luke and I went to a new store that just opened up over the weekend. It's name is Zing. It is a shop where you can buy a lot of really nerdy things (I think I will be buying a lot of birthday gifts there in the future), but I was most looking forward to the Pop Vinyls! I collect Disney Pop Vinyls, and my cousin, who has this shop where she lives, told me that they sold tonnes of them. She wasn't wrong.

I was overwhelmed by the choice. They had almost an entire wall dedicated to them, with many different Disney ones. I was anticipating that I would spend money, because I had just found out that I got a good mark on a test, and wanted to celebrate. 

So, I bought the above. I got Eve from Wall-E, Scrump from Lilo & Stitch, and the Dancing Groot bobble head (bobble heads creep me out a little, but I got it anyway, because I love Groot), from Guardians of the Galaxy, which is technically Disney.

I am going to continue to shop there. The service was good, and the prices were reasonable. Check them out if you want to! And, in the future, I might write a blog post dedicated to Disney Pop Vinyls!

昨日、ルークとZingに行きました。Zingで色々な物を買うことができます。ここでお誕生日のプレゼントを買うつもりです。

私はポップビニールを買いたかったです。最近のテストに点がいいを取りましたから、私にギフトを買いてくれたいでした。だから、三つを買いました。イーブとスクランプとグルートを買いました。

ここに買いて続けるつもりだと思います。ディズニーポップビニールのブログを書くと思います。

Scrump's Dizception Sunday

Scrump's Dizception Sunday

Welcome to a new post, Scrump's Dizception Sunday. Here I will share with you Disney references that I have found in other Disney movies (because, even Disney loves Disney!).

It is only fitting that the first post here be from Lilo and Stitch.

There are several Disney nods in Lilo and Stitch. But, for today, I will show you this one!

Do you see it? On the postcard stand, there is a postcard that says 'Orlando' on it, with a picture of a castle! That can only be a postcard for Walt Disney World!

Oh, I found the picture to use on a website dedicated to finding Hidden Mickey's and other Hidden Disney things. Check them out if you are interested!

Scrump!

The other day, I went into Sydney with my friend Amy, and we did something that has become a bit of a traditional activity on our city outings. We went to our favourite arcade. I can never remember it's name, but I can tell you that it is quite close to Haymarket, in China Town.

This particular arcade often has Disney prizes, so I enjoy trying to win those. And, on my last visit, I successfully won...

Halloween Scrump!

Scrump is the doll that Lilo makes herself in the movie Lilo and Stitch. As you can probably tell, I really like Stitch, and adding Scrump to the collection is something that I have wanted to do in a while.

Anyway, winning it was slightly difficult, and competition fuelled. I took two tries to attempt to win it, and managed to get it to the very edge of the drop hatch. But, I couldn't topple it over, so I decided to look around the rest of the arcade and then come back if nothing else took my fancy. I noticed not long after that some girls were checking out that machine, specifically the Scrump that I had managed to position. But, they didn't go for it either, probably thinking the same thing I did (check around first, then go back). 

They prompted me to go back and try again. In two more tries, I got it! While I was going back over to my friend, I saw the girls returning, complaining that I got it. I felt victorious! And, I only spent $4 to get it!

But wait a minute. Did you win the big Scrump too? Well, no, I didn't. Across from the arcade is a cute store called 'Kare Bear'. Amy and I always check that store too. I came across the big Scrump, on sale, so I decided to buy it. It was about $30.

So there you have it. Not only did I add my first Scrump to the collection, but I added two, all on the same day!
